About the Artist

I've been very shy about joining social networks until now.  I spent most of my time infront of a sketch pad rather than a computer screen growing up so when the time arrived for me to branch out, I was afraid of not connecting with others.  So allow me to finally get started:  I enjoy cartoons, dinosaurs and the weird things I see in my dreams.  My fuel is folklore and the symbolic.  I want my work to tell a story...

Biography
Skills

I was born in Houston, Texas in 1989. All my life I’ve been interested in art from fine to pop culture and I knew very early on that I wanted to be an artist. I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts in spring of 2016. Through my studies I have concentrated on fantasy art and portraitures with the whimsy and wonderful as my touchstone.  I have been successfully producing art since junior high and all throughout high school with a few pretty ribbons dotted down the line. Recently this year, I took Best of Show at the Conroe Art League Spring competition and would go on to the LSAG convention where, once again, I would take Best of Show. With this year being my first unveiling to the art community I am truly thankful to have such momentum right out of the gate! I wish to keep that strength going by bringing a unique perspective to the table with all the care and detail it deserves.
